Set on the south-west coast of Koh Samui in the quiet village of Taling Ngam, where the sea breeze carries through open-air classrooms and learning happens as much outdoors as in.
From MulaMati Rainbow Village
Our home began as MulaMati Rainbow Village — a beloved family creative space on Nara-Talingngam Road where art, music, theatre, workshops and outdoor play came together in eight circular creative houses.
The village hosted family days, local craft events, international community gatherings and children's workshops. That same creative, colourful, community spirit now forms the heart of our academy.
The transition from Rainbow Village to academy carries deep intention. We haven't erased the colour and joy — we've given it roots. The circular houses remain. The garden grows. The beach is still our neighbour.
What's new is the educational rigour, the safety infrastructure, the qualified educators and the commitment to international standard early childhood learning.
Experience
A walk through campus
You arrive through the rainbow arch and the first thing you notice is the sound — not bells or announcements, but birdsong, children laughing somewhere among the trees, the distant rhythm of the sea. The air smells of frangipani and damp earth after the morning water.
To your left, a circular dome studio — its door open, a long table inside covered in clay, shells, brushes and half-finished paintings. A small group of children are working quietly, their teacher crouched beside them, listening. On the wall, photographs of yesterday's beach walk and a question written in a child's hand: “Why does the sand change colour when it's wet?”
Further along the path, through the tropical garden — palm shade, stepping logs, herbs growing in raised beds — you hear music. In the open-air movement space, children are dancing barefoot, following a rhythm they're inventing together.
And beyond the garden, the beach. Turquoise water, white sand, the Five Islands on the horizon. Some children are building, some sketching, some just watching the waves. This is where the day often begins and ends — the sea as teacher, as rhythm, as home.
